  • As a Mexican, I have so many questions. Why that much pepper? Scratch that, why pepper at all? Canned tomatoes?, yes, I'm gonna question that, we'rethe land of tomatoes, we either eat them fresh or not at all (snob Mexicans might disagree though). Tortilla is a tool, use it as you would use a fork or a spoon, make a taco with it, but not that thing, whatever it is. You never ever throw the beans' liquid away, where do you think flavor and nutrients are?, well, we don't take beans out of a can, but out of the pot. This looks like the kind of drunk breakfast my dad makes (with lard though), we all at home think it's disgusting. And, kinda more picky opinion, jalapeño is not the only kind of chile there is around here, not my personal favorite flavor for eggs, maybe in salsa or guacamoles, yes, but even then, there are more delicious options out there.
