  • The seeds are actually not hot at all. The source of capsaicin and the heat is the white membrane of the pepper:) Don't be afraid of seeds. Although sometimes the seeds can have some membrane attached to them. On another note: "Some penis , i like them quite textured, I don't want them too small..." 2:11

  • I just got done inhaling homemade spicy hot nachos with plenty of red pepper flakes, black pepper and jalapenos. I am sweating but my mouth is fine. I think I'm ready to graduate to hotter peppers and continue my journey to a cast iron gut.

  • Nice plates, but he adds oil to the water for cooking pasta like a noob. he'd be crucified if he'd do that in Italy. And that's bad cooking too. Why? Oil sticks to the pasta and the cause won't adhere to it. So you'll end up eating bland pasta first with the sauce left at the bottom of the plate. Cooking 101 Mr. Ramsay...

  • I'm Mexican and I like this!! Excellent new take on a taco and yes the tortilla cooked on the fire or on grill taste way better the flame adds flavor. The fish sauce just gives more of that Unami taste excellent

    • That's mostly gristle. The fat has been cooked out and rendered in the pan. The "chewy" part of a steak is not fat, it's connective tissues.

  • Gordon Ramsay has helped my cooking so much. I watched his series on Masterclass, an otherwise overpriced service that was well worth it for his class alone. What I learned was not recipes, but technique- methods, flavors, and organization. Today I shop with my eyes open and feel the freedom to be creative, try new flavors and styles, and found the need to start my own herb garden. But most of all, now I never touch the stove until I've got my _mise en place_ ! On the other hand, I *really* need to bring Chef Ramsay here to Texas. We should have a little talk about tacos.

  • I've been cooking for the family a lot more now then ever. I have really bad stomach issues and processed food is really bad on me, pre sliced veggies are bad too. I've caught myself cutting whole lettuce now and had no issues after eating. I had a bad gal bladder and it also caused me to have bulimia, sometimes I would end up throwing up on a empty stomach many times. I've made food a lot more special to me now, and regret most of my "out to eat" food now. You need to cherish meals and make them as fresh as possible.
